Both are very much old-school recipes for me, brought back to life to share with you!

Asian style...

Ground turkey breast - 1/2 lb, 8oz
Rainbow slaw - (broccoli, carrot, cabbage) - one 12oz bag
Fresh garlic - 2 cloves, minced
Fresh ginger - 1"cube, minced
Rice vinegar - 1/4 cup
Soy sauce, light - 1/4 cup
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp

1. Brown turkey in large skillet on medium heat.
2. Add slaw mix, garlic, and ginger, stir to combine, and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Mix together vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil and pour over turkey/slaw mixture, stir to combine.
4. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, depending on how soft you want the veggies. 

Makes 2 servings.

Ground turkey breast - 1/2 lb, 8oz
Frozen Spinach, chopped - 10oz
Canola oil - 1 tbsp
Red Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Ground coriander - 1/2 tsp

Salt - 1/4 tsp
Tumeric - 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
4 tbsp plain yogurt, Greek yogurt, or kefir

1. Brown turkey over medium heat in large skillet.
2. Defrost spinach in microwave and drain excess liquid.
3. Mix together all spices to make a curry*
4. Add spinach to turkey with 1 tbsp canola oil and combine, continue to cook for 5 minutes, breaking up the spinach.
5. Add spice mixture, combine well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Divide onto two plates and top each with 2 tbsp yogurt or kefir. 
I mixed ours with some cooked farro.

*Curry is a mixture of spices.  There are many different types of curry. 

If you do not have or do not want to buy all these spices, keep it super simple and buy an already made curry powder...
