yum, i am having some good stuff this week.  i bought some awesome veggies at the farmers' market on saturday...cabbage, beets, carrots, baby sweet potatoes, green and yellow peppers, and broccoli.  i also went to the Asian grocery store here in town and made some sushi last night with some wonderful bright red tuna.  i have some left over so i will sear it tonight and serve it with some rice noodles covered in asian flavors like soy, sesame, ginger, garlic, lime, chili, and fish sauce.  i will also saute some veggies, broccoli, peppers, beet greens, and scallions, in coconut oil and put that on top as well.  can't wait!   also this week, i hope to do some venison and lentil stuff cabbage leaves with some onion, garlic, tomatoes, and spices on wednesday, and some roasted beets and carrots with tofu on thursday, and some sweet potato fries and grilled chicken on friday.  this coming weekend, i hope to make some thai food with the coconut milk and curry paste i bought at the asian market.  sound good?  let me know if you'd like me to post specific recipes for any of this stuff!
