Meatballs
2 pounds ground turkey breast
1.5 ounces (drained) sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
fresh cracked pepper
1/4 cup rolled oats


Green Beans
2 pounds fresh green beans, ends trimmed, cut in half
1 tbsp olive oil
zest and juice from one big lemon
1/2 tsp salt
fresh cracked pepper
3-4 garlic cloves, finely minced or pressed

2 ounces crumbled feta cheese

For the meatballs...preheat oven to 375, mix all ingredients together lightly using your hands, then roll into 1 inch balls and place on lightly oiled sheet pan.  should make between 14-16.  Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

For green beans, heat up olive oil in either a very large skillet or wok, or a dutch oven.  add beans and sauté for 10ish minutes until they reach the tenderness you prefer.  while cooking, mix remaining ingredients, except feta, in small bowl. add this mixture during the last couple minutes of cooking, stir thoroughly.  top with feta.
