i can't stress enough how great this is!  it adds so much flavor to your foods and YOU control the ingredients!  you know exactly what is in it!  i do this all the time.  pestos, salsas, thai sauces, aiolis, salad dressings.   add them to grains, salads, and wraps, use them as dipping sauces or toppings for potatoes and soups/stews.  not only does it add flavor, but it adds "good" fats as well.  here are some of my faves...
simple pesto - basil (try lemon basil if you can find it, it is amazing!), almonds, garlic, lemon juice, parm cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil. good mixed into beans and rice or on top of chicken.
salsa - fresh or canned tomatoes, onion, cilantro, hot pepper, salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder.  good on burgers or grilled steak.
thai sauce - coconut milk, peanut butter, fresh ginger, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, spicy chili sauce or cayenne pepper, and a little vegetable stock. awesome mixed into sauted veggies.
aioli - this is great for fish!, just a dab of mayo, fat free sour cream or greek yogurt, fresh dill, capers, salt, and pepper.
salad dressing - balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, lemon juice, dab of honey, salt, pepper, olive oil.  mixed greens, plain and simple!
