i cooked down some kale in a large skillet with some chicken stock, sauteed up some diced chicken, and made a sauce out of the almond butter i made earlier in the week, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, and rice vinegar.  i mixed everything together including the cooked whole wheat pasta and shaved some fresh ginger over top.
