i surely did last night!
made some sesame seared scallops with tatsoi and arugula couscous.  super yummy and super easy.
tatsoi is a green that looks similar to bokchoy with a taste similar to mustard greens.  i just chopped it up along with the arugula and let in steam in the pot along with the couscous then stirred it all together with a sauce of sesame oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and sesame seeds.  a little sweet, a little spicy, with a hint of bitterness.
the scallops were a little expensive but well worth it.  so big and sweet and tender!  all i did was heat up a stainless steel skillet until it was pretty darn hot, crusted one side of the scallops in sesame seeds and seared them in some canola oil for about 1.5-2 minutes each side.  they were perfectly cooked.  you want the outside nice and crisp and the inside tender.  don't be scared to try them on your own....it was my first time!!!!
more about tatsoi tomorrow!

here is a pic of TATSOI
