YOU MUST HAVE A DECENT FOOD PROCESSOR FOR THIS RECIPE!!!

so, first off, i have to give credit where credit is due for this one!.....i occasionally check Oh She Glows blog, which led me to THIS BLOG, which is where i got the idea.

super easy.....
2 frozen bananas.....before freezing, PEEL, break up into bite sized pieces and place on foil or in tupperware container, no need to cover.  i would freeze them before they become too ripe, because i believe this process works well due to the high starch in bananas before they get too ripe.  if they are highly "speckled" it may not work as well.

Chocolate sauce
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp (maybe more) almond milk

place bananas in food processor fitted with medal blade.  let sit for about 5 minutes.
pulse the food processor (only 2-3 seconds at a time at first), holding it still, until bananas become broken apart a bit...this is a little scary, the processor wants to jump around because the bananas are so hard!  when the bananas are broken up, turn the processor on low for at least a minute.....may need to keep a hand on it still!
it will go through a few textural stages.  once it starts to become smooth and creamy, turn on high for about 30 seconds.  the whole process takes about 2 minutes.  can also add some flavorings like vanilla or almond extract.

scoop out and place in two bowls.  top with chocolate sauce...
whisk together cocoa, honey, and almond milk.  may need a little more milk, depending on how thick/thin you like your sauce.  can also use agave nectar or maple syrup if you do not have honey.

enjoy this virtually fat-free faux ice cream dessert with minimal guilt!
