Black Bean Burgers 

Black beans - 1 can, drained and rinsed 

Oats, rolled - 1/2 cup

Flax, ground - 2 tbsp

Cumin - 1 tsp

Chili powder - 1 tsp

Garlic powder - 1 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp 

Pepper - 1/2 tsp 

Lemon juice - 1 whole lemon

Avocado oil - 2 tbsp
Burger buns - 2, whole wheat
