some things i am excited about...

1.  i am meeting with a DJ in the middle of march to mix some music!  this is the first step in my quest for fitness!
the next step will be consistenty practicing my moves.  i'd love to get free standing handstand pushups!  i can do them (kinda) up against a wall, so...
then i need to get a routine...this may have to wait until the end of the year, but who knows!

2.  my husband and i are starting a business together and the first few steps are completed!  hopefully our website will be up and run...

strong workout yesterday!

deadlifts were very hard for me at first, but now i love them and got a PR yesterday of 185 for 4 reps! 
i also did push-press 5x with 105.
front squats = 135 for 4....these kill me!

last week i did back squats 4x with 185! 

i'm movin on up!

hope to video some lifts near the end of the month!

Let's do it!

ok, i have decided to start a blog in order to keep everyone who is interested informed on my plans for the year, including figure shows, triathlons, and a new, exciting website in the works!!! 

as of now, these are my plans for figure and triathlon will be at the end of June and 4 weeks later i HOPE to compete in the USAs in Vegas!  i didn't do this show last year, so i think it will be fun. 

i have about 3 more weeks of strength and power training, then i am off to Big Sky, Montan...
