bree update and some nutrition myths...

so i have signed up for my tri on october 4!  training is going ok.  i have a ton going on so i am not getting in as much as i would like, but my fitness hasn't slipped much, so i should be ok!  just getting it in when i can at this point!  my mind and body are ready for a break.  2 more weeks til my photo shoot (hopefully it will happen!), then i can loosen up my diet a bit and get some more cals in to fuel my workouts, as they will increase in the weeks leading up, with a taper week of cour...

done with figure!...

yep, that's right!  i am done with competing in figure...indefinitely!  this was a simple, YET tough decision.  let me explain...simple, because like in a marriage, if you have to ask yourself more than 3 times if you still love it, then it is time for a break or time to quit!  tough, because i do still really like certain aspects of the sport.  i love the training, i love changing my physique.  i love the discipline, both mentally and physically.  but, i really don't love the actually day an...
