Posted by Bree Marsh on Monday, April 20, 2009,
starting from last sunday...
i did 14 miles on my bike at stone mountain, which is VERY hilly...i was NOT ready for it! started getting sick that night, and woke up pretty miserable! I think all the pollen got to me. didn't train on monday (was supposed to do legs and yoga). trained shoulders on tuesday with nick...and about 30 minutes later, i could barely talk! didn't go to work wednesday AGAIN! i was going to go see some nutrition clients at the doctor's office, but how...

First time figurers...

Posted by Bree Marsh on Thursday, April 16, 2009,

I still remember my prep for my first figure show back in 2001, dang that’s a long time ago!
