well, not really!  this week's super food is Brussels Sprouts.  they look like baby cabbage, and even though they are in the same family, they are totally different veggies!  tonight, i am making Brussels with stock and vinegar reduction to go along with mustard crusted salmon.  way more info for ya tomorrow, hopefully!  it has been a super busy week so far, will try to blog as much as i can!  in the mean time....here are some great ways to use Brussels...
